NEW LISTING! Welcome to Cedar Bay’s Beach House Getaway, a spacious lakeside retreat on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie in Port Colborne. Set on two acre 100-foot private waterfront property with expansive lawn space and panoramic lake views, this fully renovated home is designed for relaxing getaways, family gatherings, and memorable time by the water. With a separate one-bedroom guest house, there is plenty of room for extended family to stay together while still enjoying their own space. Due to City of Port Colborne by-laws, the maximum occupancy is 11 guests (maximum 8 adults).
This property boasts an exceptional outdoor space. The wide waterfront lawn stretches toward the lake, offering plenty of room for outdoor games, lounging in Adirondack chairs, or simply taking in the peaceful views of Lake Erie. Mature trees frame the property, creating a private and relaxing setting that feels like your own lakeside park.
Located on one of Lake Erie’s most coveted private beaches, you’ll have direct private access down to the shoreline. Spend your days swimming, beachcombing, or strolling along the water’s edge. The beach is a mix of sand, rock and shells depending on water levels and season. Bring your beach shoes for the gradual entry water as it is flat rock/shale that can get slippery. For a sandy beach area with sandy water entry, it’s only a few minute walk down the beach, to the public beach area. A foldable wagon is provided to use while walking to the public beach area.
The outdoor living continues right at the house. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the lake, enjoy long summer afternoons relaxing in the yard, and gather in the evening around the wood-burning firepit, propane fire table or beach firepit under the stars. With plenty of space to spread out, the property is perfect for families traveling together or multi-generational groups looking to enjoy time outdoors.
Inside, the main house offers bright, modern interiors and comfortable gathering spaces. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. Additional amenities include, pool table, washer and dryer, bar fridge, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, exercise bike and cozy two-sided natural gas fireplace.
The main home features convenient bungalow-style living with everything on one level, making it comfortable and accessible for all guests.

Golf enthusiasts can explore over 40 regional courses including Thundering Waters and Legends on the Niagara, while wine lovers can discover the wineries throughout nearby Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Longer-term monthly pricing is available during the off-season for relocations, short-term work assignments, or extended stays.
