A little about us
Teri and Kevin O’Neill have always enjoyed living in Niagara and experiencing what the region has to offer. They have owned and managed several long term, short term and vacation rental properties for more than 15 years. With a passion for real estate and home renovations they have dedicated their time to acquiring and renovating rentals along with “flipping” homes in the Niagara Region. Together they have expertise in the rental industry along with the varied skills necessary to effectively manage and maintain properties. Teri has worked as a Finance Director and Human Resource Manager in the construction industry and brings excellent customer service, networking, financial management and tax specific related knowledge. Kevin is very skilled in all areas of home renovation and repair. Together they make a great team that can provide exceptional service.
Personally, they own two vacation rentals in Crystal Beach and have successfully managing them to ensure guests have the best experience. Together they possess the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service to renters and homeowners alike.
