A little about us
Teri has always enjoyed living in Niagara and experiencing what the region has to offer. Together with her husband they have owned and managed several long term, short term and vacation rental properties for more than 15 years. With a passion for real estate and home renovations they have dedicated their time to acquiring and renovating rentals along with “flipping” homes in the Niagara Region. Teri has expertise in the rental industry along with the varied skills necessary to effectively manage and maintain properties. In previous employment she was a Finance Director and Human Resource Manager in the construction industry and brings excellent customer service, networking, financial management and tax specific related knowledge. Previous hands on experience in areas of home renovation and repair is a asset in her ability to manage properties.
Personally, Teri and her husband own two vacation rentals in Crystal Beach and successfully manage them to ensure guests have the best experience. Together they possess the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service to renters and homeowners alike. Whatever your long term, short term or travel needs may be she can help make your visit or stay in the Niagara Region memorable, fun and carefree!
