Description
All of the comforts of home are here including dinnerware, cookware, linens and towels, propane BBQ, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Brew a morning coffee at the trendy coffee bar or warm up by the electric fireplace on cooler nights after a day well spent at the beach.
Enjoy your vacation relaxing on the amazing covered back porch where you can spend time with your family throughout the day. In the evening, gather around the backyard for a fire in the wood burning firepit. The yard is completely fenced for your privacy. Take a stroll down to Erie or Derby Road to many local restaurants and quaint little shops.
We are bungalow style living all on one floor and bedroom layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Pullout sofa in living room (sleeps 2)
4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon are provided for your use.

A short 20 minute drive gets you into Niagara Falls to visit top tourist destinations like viewing the Falls, Clifton Hill, Fallsview Casino Resort, the Butterfly Conservatory and Hornblower Cruises. Stay local and tour Safari Niagara a mini-zoo, Fort Erie Race Track with live thoroughbred racing or dine at one of our bar & grills. Enjoy over 40 regional golf courses such as Thundering Waters or Legends on the Niagara and don’t forget – our region is also famous for our boundless wineries in quaint Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocations, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs.
