Pricing includes the main house and up to 8 guests. If your group is more than 8 guests please send an inquiry for a quote to add the guest house.  Maximum 12 guests total with the guest house included.  Please note in peak season we only do weekly rentals with a 7 night minimum.  NOTE: the guest house is not available between October 29 – April 5th pricing during that time reflects the main house only and a maximum of 8 guests.

The outdoor amenities provide everything you need in a vacation resort style home. With an inground pool (open May 9 – Oct 14), beach, basketball net and propane fire table there is plenty to keep the whole family and extended family occupied. The expansive views from the open concept living area are mesmerizing. An updated kitchen with island overlooks the dining area and living room. With an open floor plan you can enjoy spending time with family at mealtime or enjoy dinners outside on the patio. All of your modern appliances are here including microwave, dishwasher, two sets of washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker and outdoor grill. A secondary living room on the main floor provides a nice space to read or work (just a little).

A one of a kind home that offers all the comforts of home with beachfront living and expansive outdoor space.  The beach is a mix of sand, shells and rocks.

The main house has four bedrooms (two are connecting), 2 full baths and a powder room. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. The guest home can be added to your reservation. It is only available to guests booking the main house. It provides an additional living area with twin beds, a bedroom, full bath and kitchenette and sleeps up to 4 people.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Main House
Bedroom 1 – Waterfront View with King bed connected to a sitting room, ensuite bath and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 – Waterfront View King Bed
Bedroom 3 – Two sets of twin over double bunks with ensuite
All bedrooms are on the second story of the home. There are two full bathrooms on the second level.

Guest House –
Bedroom in Living Area – 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 1 – 2 Twin Beds

The pool is open seasonally between May 9 – October 14 and will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees. Lounge by the pool or on the beach! Have a beverage around the pool or cozy up by the fire table in the evening.

We provide all linens and towels, cookware, dinnerware. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and beach chairs.

With a private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.

There is plenty of parking. The is a great location for two or three families to get away.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.
